Inside the great Ukrainian cover that I received from Matthias, was this uncirculated cover, postmarked from Tiraspol, I believe, in Transnistria, a province of Moldova that is also a Russophile secessionist Republic, as better explained here.

Thank you so much Matthias, quite an interesting piece.

Transnistria has its own postal services, or better yet,  further to the official  Moldovan postal services there is a  Transnistrian postal service, operating internally.

Since these cannot be used to mail corresponde abroad, Matthias got me a postmarked uncirculated cover with a stamp  from a three stamp set, issued on 22APR2023, themed on Russian space achievements. 

The Tarif B stamp is illustrated with an image of the Russian Salyut 7 space station, which stayed in orbit between 1982 and 1991.
