To open my mailbox like someone opening a surprise box and to feel the pleasure of discovery unleashed by an envelope decorated with stamps.
To be part of the world and also to discover it this way, with the help of those who share this vision.

Art designing is the theme of the 3.5 New Taiwan Dollar  stamp from a four stamp set issued on 24JUL1993, dedicated to Modern Technique. The stamp features an illustrator at work.

Chunghwa Post, Taiwan's postal operator, chose to honour the 100th Anniversary of the National Palace Museum with a four stamp set (2 x 8; 2 x18 New Taiwan Dollar) issued on 17OCT2025, illustrated with pieces from the museum exhibits.

The 28 NTD stamp on the cover is illustrated with a Yangcai Rotating Vase, from the  Qing Dynasty.

The museum was founded in 1925 in Mainland China and during the Chinese civil war, part of the collections were taken to Taiwan where they now reside.
