The lovely Métiers D'Art series had the 2025 issue dedicated to the magicians who trap time in microscopic pulleys and cog-wheels: The Watchmakers. Un grand Merci, Roland!

The beautiful in-taglio printed stamp bears the image of the hands of a watchmaker at work, with several tools of the trade on the desk. Images of the tools and little parts that are used to build a watch also feature in the selvage, as can be seen in the cover.

The 2,10 €  stamp, issued on 06NOV2025 is part of a annual series started in 2016 dedicated to Métiers d'Art (Artistic Crafts).

The First day Postmark was applied in Paris.
